Small-batch BBQ rubs · Corona, California

Blends worth remembering,
from the Circle City.

Original rubs built in five layers, blended in small batches, and dated on every bottle — because spices are a fresh product, and yours shouldn’t have spent two years in a warehouse.

Launching Fall 2026 — be first in line

First batch is small. Waitlist gets it before anyone else.

01 — The name

Corona is the Circle City.

Our hometown was built around a perfect one-mile circular boulevard. A century ago the town inside it grew some of the finest lemons in California, and for three wild years the boulevard itself was a race track — the Corona Road Races, machines howling past the citrus groves at a hundred miles an hour.

02 — The promise

Three things every bottle gets right.

Dated, not warehoused

Ground spices peak for months, not years. Every bottle carries the date it was blended, and we blend in small, frequent batches so it was recent.

Built for a job

A rib rub built for low-and-slow. A hot-and-fast blend that won’t burn. Each blend is designed for the cook you’re actually doing, not a vibe.

Same spec, every batch

Batch sheets in grams, the same suppliers every run, logged lots. The fifth bottle tastes exactly like the first — that’s the whole point.

03 — On the bench

The first blends are being built right now.

The launch lineup is small on purpose — a few blends, each built in five layers and designed for a specific cook, tested side by side until they earn a spot on the label.

For the Long Cook

Built for low-and-slow — sweetness that sets into bark over hours instead of charring in minutes.

For the Hot Grill

A blend that holds up over direct fire. Chicken, tri-tip, weeknight flame.

The Lemon One

The Corona signature. Citrus where you least expect it — a nod to the groves this town was built on.
